Valen Bug Fixes/Other Questions too..

You can find the fixes here at P&T, in the Mods section.

As for the LTs, when you finish one of the main quests, rest. He'll talk to you once you're done. And after he's done talking to you, you should initiate dialogue with him- some of his dialogues are triggered by the PC.

But aren't they for Mac's only?

AFAIK, no. Still, I have never used them, so I wouldn't know. But then again, I think that they're PC friendly too.

The fixes are PC-friendly. I know because I downloaded them a loooong time ago.
